A Study of Digital Labor from the Perspective of Marx’s Labor Theory of Value

With the rapid development and widespread application of digital information technology, digital labor, as a new form of labor, has increasingly emerged and penetrated into all areas of social production. From the perspective of Marx’s labor theory of value, this paper systematically examines the origin, conceptual definition, basic forms, and basic dimensions of digital labor, and analyzes the phenomenon of exploitation in digital labor and its social impact in contemporary society. This paper aims to deeply understand the essential characteristics of digital labor and reveal its importance and complexity in the era of the digital economy.
